As you said how can we use with call-system.

for Excel, you can either do an sqr that produces symbolic link data, or have a
macro that automatically executes when the file is opened. I prefer the macro
approach because symbolic link is a pain in the arse.
In both cases I see you using CALL-SYSTEM to get the SQR to open Excel and load
a file.
