RE: [sqr-users] Easy Questions: flags, SQRW.EXE, SQT

1 - I'll let Peoplesoft people answer.

2. W is for windows. SQR executable on every other platform is SQR. But
on windows they added the W - a bit annoying really, but that's the way it
goes.

3. The T is for execuTe, or maybe runTime. Because the command to run it is
SQR -RT, or the alias SQRT, so the file extension is SQT instead of SQR.
Maybe Peter Burton can remember the exact reason ;-)

Now if only I could work out the T in PST (microsoft outlook) :-)

Cheers, Steve.

Subject: [sqr-users] Easy Questions: flags, SQRW.EXE, SQT

1. When I last installed PeopleSoft, I ran SQRW.EXE for the first time and
there were no flags. Somone told me some neat trick for populating them, and
I've forgotten it. Can somebody please remind me of this cunning stunt
(Spoonerism alert!) or tell me what flags I need if I'm doing it manually?
2. What does the W in SQRW.EXE stand for, anyway?
3. And how about the T in SQT? The most plausible candidate I can think of
is "transaction" and that isn't very plausible at all.
