If you are running into the 2G file limit you need to process the file
in a file system that is "large file enabled." In some file systems I
run into this limit when I am doing an export of an Oracle database.
But certain file systems are, as I said, "large file enabled" and they
except files sizes greater than 2G. Talk to your Unix system
administrator. That is, if you are processing this file on a Unix box.
It may just be that you need to use a different file system.

There was a similar problem at one of the big PS shops, and the
resolution
was to split the file into manageable size and then process
sequentially.
Thanks!!!

Is it somewhere near 1024000 records? If so, then you're probably
bumping into a 2GB file limit. I'm not sure whether you'll be able
to easily get around this.
