[sqr-users] compatibility peopletools 8.15 & SQR 4.00.5000

Hi All,

We are working on peoplesoft financials :  ps 8 sp2.
We have peopletools 8.15, oracle 8.1.7.0.0 & SQR version is 4.00.5000.

Are there any compatibility issues for this combination coz i'm facing
error ORA-01406 with erratic behavior.

Last time Ray suggested about  LONGSPACE=32766 and it helped, however,
now the error seems to pop again in many sqrs.
