Probably... ;)
Whatever is being called that has this value you want to pass, put it in a
file. Then, in the SQR, open and read that file.
If the value is from std_out of something you don't have programmatic
control of, then redirect to a file.
Or create a .sh script if it's more complex than std_out. You can even
write a shell script file from the sqr, close it, call system to make it
executable, then call system to run it.
