We have the same problem, and the cause (as I understood it) is that we
are running SQR 8.0.2 on Unix version 11.22 (Itanium chip set), which it
is not certified for. The bottom line is that apparently SQR doesn't
like the Java that our Unix is running (or something along those lines).
Like yours, the only programs that were bombing were the ones using
-printer:eh. Our work around, which may or may not work for you, was to
produce PDF instead.

Machine(JVM).
We running SQR 8.2 via Unix on an AIX box and all programs have been
running fine with the exception of one, which is returning this error:
(SQR 7715) Failed to start the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
Possible causes are: missing or invalid jre files,
incorrect CLASSPATH, or insufficient resources.
It's perplexing because it's the only program returning the error. If
we
were in face missing jre files, I assume other programs would be bombing
as
well.
I'm helping another user and I'm unclear if she's getting this message
all
the time or just when she's using these flags:
sqr -rt -eh_csv SQREdit1.sqt -printer:eh
We're running the .sqt because we're running a compiled version.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and come up with a solution?
If you need additional information, let me know.
Thanks in advance.
