There's also www.ITtoolbox.com which has many technical discussion lists,
including one for Peopletools.

Yes, there are a few places.  The original PeopleSoft site
www.peoplesoft.com  and go to their discussion groups or the PeopleSoft fans
site www.peoplesoftfans.com

I realize this list is for SQR users, and not all of those user are on 
PeopleSoft. 
Does anyone know of a e-list for developers to use focusing on PeopleSoft 
PeopleCode? 

PeopleCode is not my favorite development area, and I could use 
suggestions from time to time.
