RE: [sqr-users] .txt as sqr?

Hi Sheetal,

I'm quite certain that include files can be named any way you wish, so I
believe you could create an SQR named abc123.sqr whose only line would be

#include 'abc123.txt'

PS would be happy, and your code could remain in a file named abc123.txt.

Subject: [sqr-users] .txt as sqr?

Hi All,

I'm working on ps8..where sqr report name and process definition name
should be same...
I define say abc123.sqr in Process Definitions as Process Type : SQR
Report and Process Name : abc123

For one special case, our requirement is to run abc123.txt (fils has
valid sqr code..only extension is .txt and not .sqr).We don't want to
rename file nor save as different name with extension sqr.

Is there any way to run '.txt' file ? How should i define process in
peoplesoft? If i define as abc123 then it looks for .sqr file...
If i define process as abc123.txt then it looks for abc123.txt.sqr
file...

Any solution?

Many Thanks in advance...

Regards,
Sheetal
