[sqr-users] intermittent OCI server attach error when running Brio 6

Hi to all:
We are running Oracle 8 on Linux with Brio 6 on the clients.
Recently we have had intermittent problems where any  one of the hundreds of 
brio reports 
we have fails to run with with errors:
SQR 5528 ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12500 in cursor 0
TNS listener failed to start a dedicated server process
Cannot log on to database

Has anyone had any problems with Brio not releasing a file handle on the 
server, 
particularly if too many dynamic where's are used?
It appears that the problems arises if too many reports have been run in a day.

I know this is probably not a brio problem as the same report will run with no 
problems
the next day but I wondered if any of the database gurus had any suggestions.
