Have somebody with DBA privileges on the database in question run an SQR
program against the database in order for SQR to create the proper packages
for it to run.  Or the DBA can issue the following command if they do not
want to run an SQR program:

        db2 connect to {database} [user {username} using {password}]
        db2 bind $SQRDIR/dbcalls.bnd grant public sqlwarn no collection sqr
        db2 terminate

After this is done anybody can run a report against that database.
