I believe you need to call stdapi init before getting the run control
parms.

Hi - I am having an issue with the status in Process Scheduler returning
an error instead of success once the SQR completes successfully.  I am
calling the following procedures:

                  do DEFINE-PRCS-VARS
                  do Get-Run-Control-Parms  - This one appears to be
holding it in a PROCESSING status
                  do STDAPI-INIT
                  do STDAPI-TERM
                  do END-PROCESS

Any ideas on what I am missing?
