A good resource for doc is the Brio (hyperion) published manuals.  You can
download them at no cost from Hyperion's web site.

the "getting started" manual is a great learning tool, while the language
reference lists all commands in alphabetical order.

The manuals online are version 8, but there should not be too much
difference with Peoplesoft 8 (which uses SQR 6).  The changes are listed in
the what's new manual.

Regarding file manipulation, check the functions related to files - rename()
exists() and delete().  They are listed under the LET command, there is no
separate chapter for functions.

Hello again SQR user group.  My short experience as a member has been very
fruitful.  Thank you one and all, especially Steve Cavill and Steve

System Commands - May I have some examples of SQR commands that may perform
functions such as copy, move, rename, or directory list?  I know of the
"call system using" SQR command.  Our environment is NT/PeopleSoft
8.42/Oracle 8.

SQR Resource - Please provide me with a recommendation for SQR
syntax/command reference?  References either online or hard bound are very
helpful.  Given that I was unaware of the SQR delete, I'm wondering how many
other such functions I'm missing out on.
