We're running SQR 6.1.3 on an AIX box against Oracle 9i database (release 
9.2.0.4.0).  We KNOW SQR 6.1.3 is not certified with Oracle9i but have no 
choice at the moment.   We hope to move up to SQR 8.1 soon.

My problem is we have several instances of our database (one for 
production, one for testing, etc.) and the alter system fix Peter gave 
works on the production instance but not the test instances.  Did this 
happen to anyone else?  If so, did you figure out a solution?
