[sqr-users] Changing Barcode Size in SQR

Using SQR Version 6 on HP/UX. I would like to print a barcode in
the Codabar symbology (type=9 in the print-bar-code command) on an
HP 4000TN LaserJet I can use the height clause to adjust the height
of the barcode, but what can I do about shrinking the length of the
printed barcode? Can I adjust the size or the pitch that SQR uses?
How does SQR print these barcodes, i.e., do they use a graphics
font, or send PCL directly to the printer or what? It irritates me
that they have several pages on the print-bar-code command but say
nothing about how it's done, which makes it impossible to determine
whether you can work around the command's limitations!

Any help anybody can give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
