I hope you don't consider one of your statement accurate since
many unemployed people are not so due to their skills. Perhaps
you're immune, but most of us need to work and are dependent on
factors beyond our control---location, time are a part of it.

This is a complex issue with many sides and has impacted many
people in many places.  I'm not happy about it, but change is
underway always.

There are so many ways to see this globally, individually by
country. I am hopeful that we'll all be able to adjust and grow
professionally and get help as needed when needed. It's not 
going to happen perfectly nor in all cases. I'll continue to
struggle personally and hope I can do better to handle change.

Although I would agree some people don't have the skills of course,
it's not a case of people without talents and this should be quite
obvious and clear to anyone.
