[sqr-users] Where to get "Insqribe User's Guide" book

Does anyone know how and where to obtain a book called "Insqribe User's Guide"?
It deals only with SQR Active X controls (i.e., not the Developer's Guide, 
Language Reference, or Report Builder User's Guide).
