[sqr-users] Journal Edit Issue

I have a major issue that I am getting no where with at GSC - thought
some one might have seen it or can help with where to look.  We are
using Journal Import process (GLS9000.SQR).  The DEPT ID's on the
Journal don't' exist in our DEPT_TBL but the journals are being
processed as VALID within the EDIT process.  Any ideas on what's causing
this?  We are SQL Server 7 PT 8.15 and
