[sqr-users] Strange ODBC SQL error

I am getting this strange error after I execute one of my programs.

(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL AddDSCon: SQLAllocConnect error 0 in cursor 0:
   Ç??

I am trying to insert a row into a table and I suspect its a type mismatch
error. 
I tried what ever I could think of, but still keep getting that error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
