OK, My fiance, a LAN administrator asks "what about using a dongle"?  I don't 
know much about it at all, so hopefully someone out there will be able to 
elaborate better perhaps?  When I asked him to explain it was as if someone 
were speaking a foreign language to me.  Basically what I got out of it was 
that with the new technology, the dongle key can actually be USB, and the 
program, either being run local or network/server will look for that key at the 
specified location.  He said that the technology is inexpensive now, (the USB 
ones slightly more than the traditional) but that this might be an approach to 
look into.
