According to the documentation and if you are running on Unix 
then you can specify the commandlines flags

SQR [program][connectivity][flags...][args...][@file...]

@file... 
File containing program arguments, one argument per line.
Arguments listed in the file are processed one at a time -
first all ASK arguments in order and then INPUT arguments.
The command line arguments program, connectivity, and
args can be specified in this file for non-Windows platforms.

thanx , but tell me one more thing ,
can i also write the commandline flags in that file 
like -XB , -RT ...etc etc ,or only the parameters can be written in the file
?

this work only on unix
and the syntaxe is the same as the command line
in the file you will find starting at line 1

username/password/database ( here respect the prper syntaxe regarding your
datasource)
param1
param2
...
