[sqr-users] UNIX lp - error**urgent**

Hi,

I have written a SQR program which creates a Label file, which is 
then copied to another Print server.
This program has "Company" as a input parameter and is run for 3 
different company values.
What program does is,
1) Create a label file AXAHR067.lis on the Unix server
2) Rename the file as PAYLabels_$CompanyName_PRCSinstance.PCL
3) Copy PAYLAbels_$CompanyName_PRCSinstance.PCL to another print 
server.

Program runs absolutely fine for 2 companies, but for one company 
I got following error:

lp: file 
"/opt/pshr/hrdev/hrdev/hr750/appserv/prcs/PSHRDEV/output/PAYLabels_IPC_21733.PCL"
 
is empty
lp: request not accepted
status: 1.000000

When I see the file, it does exist and has data in it.
I debugged this as, stopped the execution of program just before 
the lp command and checked the .PCL file, it does exist with data 
in it.
And when run the lp command on UNIX prompt , it works.
I am just wondering why is this happening in the SQR program?

File size is 1kb, is something to do with this? Bcos file size for 
other two companies in 7kb.
Can anyone please help me to fix this problem.
