[sqr-users] using the on-break statement

I am having trouble using the on-break statement
I have a hierarchy of the form:
level 1     Account
level 2           region
level 3                 store
If I have a query like  below it will not force a new correctly, it
chops
the report up.  Can someone explain how to force new pages, and create
page
breaks with the on-break command?

begin-select
Account (+1,1)    on-break page=change
region (,10)       on-break page=change
store (,20)       on-break page=change
from ~~~
where ~~~
end-select
