Sherri,
you probably have the max-columns set too small.  Try changing this value 
and see if it helps.

  Declare-Layout default
    formfeed=yes
    max-columns = 100
    max-lines = 78
    paper-size = (8.5, 11)
    left-margin = .25
    orientation = landscape
    line-height = 7
  End-Declare
