[sqr-users] CSV output

We are using the Peoplesoft verion of SQR. Our environment is Oracle/HPUX.
We have a program that produces two output reports, that we generally want
in CSV format. We have been running them for several months, and then one
month, the volume of lines increased dramatically. Then this happened:
The SQR portion completes normally. Two .spf files are created, and the
task native_threads kicks off. The first of the .csv files is created
(empty). The native_threads task eats up one hundred percent of one of the
processors on our server, but it never finishes. The .csv file never has
any data put into it.

I have tried copying one of the .spf files to my work station and
converting it to .csv using SQR Viewer. This works, but it takes an hour
on my poor old pentium 3.

So, I know the file can convert. How can I make it work on our UNIX
server? Is there some parameter I can adjust to allow the process to use
whatever resources it needs to get the job done? According to the
performance moniter on the server, memory utilization is in the forty
percent range, and disk utilization is also very low.
