[sqr-users] SQL error not showing in new SQR version

In the version of SQR used in 7.5 it shows any SQL
error for insert/update/delete and does not compile or
create the cursor. In the delivered version of SQR for
8.3 the same SQL compiles and the program runs until
the bad code is executed.

The delivered PeopleBooks say all SQL is now dynamic.
Does anyone have any info regarding SQR flags that can be used?
