Pete is right. There is a 256 character limits in the command lines in
DOS(Dos limitation). This is of course SQR still using SQR.ini besides
the pssqr.ini. To correct this discrepancies I usually just put one
argument in my SQR.ini just to point where the pssqr.ini is located.
The pssqr.ini can then have all other arguments beyong the 256 chars.

Better yet, you can also use @file parameter in the command to circumvent 
the limitation.
