[sqr-users] Freeze column names in xls output file

Hi all,

I just used "slk file format" to produce a xls file.  It works great, but now 
the user wants the freeze the column names in the xls output, so it will be 
easy to scroll down or up on the data with column names visible on top all the 
time.  I have tried to use the same .slk file format for this as well, but in 
vain. Any information would be helpful.
