[sqr-users] SQR bug #3089 - Data type for parameter 2 has changed sincefirst SQLExecute call

We are a PeopleSoft site using SQR 4.3.4 in our PS 7.5 implementation.

SQR Version  4.3.4 /PC/Windows NT 4.0/ODBC Level 2/ Jun 03 1999
Database: Sybase

When we run ODBC compliant SQR to fetch data and insert data through
ODBC we get the following error 
Data type for parameter 2 has changed since first SQLExecute call.

I have gone through the posts on www.sqrug.com and found that this
was due to a known sqr bug #3089.  Is there a fix or a workaround for
this.
