Look at the expended JES JCL and see what DBID or OWNERID is resolved when
your JUCL is submitted.
Usually different PROCS are set up for each DB/ENVIRONMENT.
You are probably not using the right PROC setup for your acceptance DB
image.
Your DBA will probably be helpful in this case too!
