[sqr-users] Help in setting up an encrypted password

Has anybody encrypted the SYSADM PeopleSoft password so developers can run
their SQRs from the UNIX prompt??

I am creating an OPS$PASSWORD user in Oracle to store the PeopleSoft SYSADM
password in a table. I need to encrypt this password in Oracle. 

How do I pass this password to run SQRs from the UNIX prompt$

Any help with writing this would be appreciated.
