[sqr-users] SQR 4.1 and Windows 2000

We are using SQR version 4.1 in an application that I support.  It works 
fine in the application but when I reinstalled the viewer and workbench on 
my Windows 2000 machine (we had been using WIN95 without this problem) I 
now get the following error message when I try to run a report:

(SQR 5543) Specify the Oracle DLL name in the SQR.INI file in (Environment 
Oracle] section for ORAVLE_DLL entry such as

ORACLE_DLL =orant71.dll

The contents of the sqr.ini file (currently in my C:\SQR\Viewer directory 
is:
; This is a dummy SQR.INI only to make sqrw32.exe happy.

[Environment:Common]
SQRDIR=.\
[Environment:Oracle]
ORACLE_DLL=C:\PROGRA~1\Oracle\Ora81\bin\oraclient8.dll

I modified the last line as on my WIN95 machine it was set to orant71.dll.

I have searched the web and the oraclient8.dll SHOULD be the equivalent 
file but I also tried loading orant71.dll and changing the ini file.  I 
have actually tried just about everything I can think of and nothing has 
worked so far.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
