Thank you for your response.

The organisation is called Centrelink (http://www.centrelink.gov.au) which is 
essentially Australia's department of social security. The 
position will reside in the national support office's tuggeranong office 
park, which is in a suburb (Tuggeranong) in Canberra, the nation's 
capital.

We have recently purchased the Brio Performance Suite (includes 
BrioReports/SQR) and have a large number of requirements which will 
require report development with SQR. We are not a peoplesoft site.

The contract will be 6 months with a possibility of extension and your 
hourly rate is to be specified by you. We understand that knowledge and 
experience will determine your rate and will be considered on this basis. 
A requirement of contractors for all Australian government organisations 
is that you work through a company which is an Australian government 
endorsed supplier and furthermore, Centrelink requires that contractors 
work through a company on their preferred suppliers list. There are many 
agents on this list so it shouldn't be a problem. If you aren't an 
Australian citizen, you must also have an appropriate work visa, status, 
etc for the period to be allowed to work and live in Australia of course. 
Exact details of what is required as far as visas, etc will be available 
from the company through which you apply. Unfortunately, any travel costs, 
relocation costs, etc, must be covered by you.

The contract specifications will be available within the next few days. 
You should register with one of the preferred suppliers and I cannot accept 
your resumes and applications directly. I will not recommend one over the other 
as all have equal oppurtunity to 
offer someone as a potential resource, however, note that some are 
contract agents while others are consulting firms. I have marked the 
companies that I know to be contract agents with a star, but this is not 
an endorsement or recommendation of them and the others are equally eligible as 
I said. Sorry if this limits some of you, but I must work within the 
laws that govern the public service. The list is below:
