I do not know what database you are on, but this sounds like a referential 
integrity problem... maybe trying to insert a code for one of the fields that 
is not on the TaBLe. And if I recall correctly, I think I obtain similar errors 
when insert a null value for a field that is required.  Might look there too.

I keep getting the following error when trying to run a process and I
