pdf file doesn't print right in a legal page

Hi all,
I have created a sqr that produces a report in a legal - landscape layout.
It creates the pdf file as expected but when I try to print it the pdf file
doesn't retain the correct format. ( it prints in a letter page-size)
any ideas ?
