To answer to your question :
In a SYLK file,
The line
      F;W1 1 12
means : "for column 1, size set to 12"

The line

      F;W2 256 11
means : "for columns 2 to 256, size set to 11"

In the line


            F;P0;DG0G12;M255


you  can  traduce  DG0G12  :  Default  format;  number  Général ; 0 digit ;
alignement Général ; default column width 12

Hi All,

Do you have some documentation on using SYLK format for loding Excel
spreadsheets. We are bussy coding an SQR report to create a file to be
opened on MS-Excell, this report needs to have its column width (sizes)
pre-set before opening in Excell. Which is the reason we thought SYLK
format
might help. Can you please advice.
