Hmmmmm.  Kind of an antique, yes?
I'm not sure of what 5 is like but on 7 you can navigate to: edit - preferences 
- configuration - Process Scheduler - SQR flags.

I am new to SQRs, where do edit the SQRW flags (report arguments) that
appear in your SQRW icon?  I am working with SQRW version 3.0.12.4 with
Peoplesoft Financials version 5.12.
