comparing SQR IDEs (sic)

So the recent discussion of utilities and such, I realize I have a big
question...

 From what I've heard here, it sounds like there are two major IDE-like
tools for SQR: SQRPlus, and SQR Runner.

Does anyone have comments on the similarities and differences between these
two?

(I know this has been touched on over the months in different threads, but
I'd really like to focus on comparing these two - and I guess anything
comparable - and see how they line up against each other.)
