E-mail function of process scheduler for PS 8.3 HRMS

Hi there,

We are in the process of upgrading to 8.3 HRMS. Thanks for all the tips on
how to use Report Manager.

However, I have problem using  the e-mail function. I have set the e-mail at
user profile, attached user to the distribution Id, I can see my report run
to success, but not e-mailing. Here is the error message from pssqr.ipc

Error: Failed To Email'

Please help!!
