Samir,
DMS Scripts contains Database dependent SQL as well
Datamover commands. The script file is a ASCII TEXT
file, you could read the file in to your SQR and
reconstruct the SQL and run it within the sqr.

I dont think either running Datamover from command
line or any conversion tool to convert DMS Scripts to
SQR command is available.
