EXTRA BLANCK PAGE AT THE END OF THE REPORT

All--

We are having a major problem with several of our reports, as we get an extra 
blank
page printed at the end of these reports. The page includes our standard header,
which appears on the rest of the pages. We are using a network printer, could
potentially cause it (but how?). However, printing other documents does not 
create
an extra blank page. Moreover, NOT ALL SQR's produce an extra blank page at
the end. It seems that whenever we use ON-BREAK in the reports extra blank page
is generated.
I cannot use FORMFEED=NO with the declare-layout, for I will not be able to use
other commands. Plus, it doesn't really help. Any ideas, help, comments would be
great!
