Can't run SQR V 4 from sqrw?

Hello,

I am having problems getting SQR to run from my workstation. I am using SQRW V 
4.3.4 and am in a PeopleSoft environment. I am getting an oracle error that for 
the life of me I can't figure out what to do to fix. the error is:

(SQR 5528) ORACLE ORLON error -3121 in Cursor 0:

error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA - 03121

(SQR 4071) cannot logon to the database.

I can run SQR from my workstation via PeopleSoft tho so it seems that somewhere 
I need to tell SQR where my ora/bin directory is on my workstation or it may be 
something else...any ideas?
