PDF Error - Page size must be positive

We're upgrading to Tools 8.16 HRMS 8.3 using SQL Server 2K.

We have a homegrown SQR that works fine when the output is sent to
a .lis file. However, when we tell Process Scheduler to send it to
a .pdf file we receive the error "PDFLib Error (9): Page size must be
positive". I've checked the process definition and there are no
overrides. Everything looks like most of our other reports. Anyone
have any ideas?
