Re: Dynamic arrays in SQR 4.3.4
I'm wondering if you were really ambitious, could you not use your
variables to write the syntax to an external file, then execute that
external file as a called sqr?
It would be a lot of coding granted, but if you are set on doing this it
maybe something to look into. Has anyone tried this?

Andy,
You cannot use #variable to define dynamic Array size.. Array size should
be
pre-defined before you compile the program. So use #DEFINE or ASK.

possible to define a runtime dynamic array withsomething like this...
#EmpCnt being a record count of a tablecreate-array name=PayReg size =
#EmpCntfield=ActHrs:Decimalfield=RegPay:Decimal:2field=OTPay:Decimal:2field=VacPay:Decimal:2field=SickPay:Decimal:2field=LieuPay:Decimal:2field=OtherPay:Decimal:2field=CITTax:Decimal:2field=CPPTax:Decimal:2field=EITax:Decimal:2field=BenRepay:Decimal:2I
have found no way to do this. If there is no way, is this
functionalitypresent in later
releases?TIA__________________________________________Andy
