Tha't the prob I am running into, and most of our campus users are logged-in
3 tier.

If the people are logged in in 2-tier mode, use v$session, if it is
3-tier, I do not know of a way as these get connected to Oracle via
Tuxedo, so you will see a lot of people connected as the OWNERID of the
database, with your Tuxedo user ID as the OSUSER.
