Sarat - Get my white paper that describes how to do it from this archive:

The name of paper is 'running sqr from batch file'. It has all necessary
steps to do this. You will need sysadm password for the instance you are
running it out of. I have only done it against Oracle, but SQL Server should
not be too different.
