Try this:

Go--PeopleTools--Tree Manager

...and select the appropriate tree and node.  Once you locate the tree and
node, highlight the node, do a right-click, select access group or record
from the option buttons, and key in your tablename.  Save the tree.

tasked to add these new tables to access groups. How is this accomplished.
