Your question looks like a PeopleSoft Student Administration related
question.  Its probably better addressed to
peoplesoft-fans@yahoogroups.com since such a report could very well be
delivered in PeopleSoft, but not necessarily in SQR.  I'm not familiar
with Student Admin though (yet).
