Re: Date problem

Why not just do it like on Star Trek? Just say, "Computer, today's date
minus 7 days."

:-)

Sorry folks; it's been a long week.

Here's the solution

--> select to_char(sysdate-7, 'DD-MON-YYYY') from dual;

Good Luck!

Hello all,

I have a problem that I hope someone out there can help me with. I need to
make a program that gets a date in the DD-MON-YYYY format of 7 days prior
from the current date. ie. Today's date id 02-MAY-2002, I need to get
25-APR-2002. Anyone have any idea how this can be done. Thank you in
advance.
