Using Access DataBase to update Oracle Table

We are using SQR Workbench V4.1.1 to access Oracle databases.

I will be working on a project soon that will use data from an Microsoft
Access Database that will be inserted or updated into an Oracle database.
This will be accomplished using an SQR program as some data manipulation
will be done at this stage, which requires validation from other Oracle
tables.

I would appreciate any comments and suggestions that would make it easier
for me to do this.
