Cannot get CSV output from SQR on PeopleSoft 8.16

Hi,

I am on PS8.16. When I output my report to a file, I get some sort of
file based on the Format I selected in the Process Scheduler Request
page (HTM, PDF, SPF, etc.) The one exception is CSV. It completes
successfully and the log says it created a file with extension CSV
and even gives the name of the file. Yet there is no file. I also
get nothing for CSV when I change the type to Web.

What am I doing wrong? Do I have to code something special in the
SQR program to make this work?
